Arbitrage:
Once you have received your registration email, follow the directions in the email to get set up in our system. (You will need a Gmail account for our processes) When those steps have been completed, your shipment workflow will look something like this:
- Purchase your products addressed as per your welcome instructions.
- Email us with your order confirmation information and tracking.
- Once received, your order will be checked in against the expected inventory sheet and your Google Doc will be updated.
- When your order has completely arrived and you have created your listings, send us an email you are ready to ship and upload your labels PDF and packlist.
- When your shipment is packed and ready for shipment, we will update your Doc with the weights and dimensions.
- Create your shipping labels and upload to us.
- We finalize the shipment and it is on its way to Amazon via UPS.
Wholesale and Private Label
Once you have received your registration email, follow the directions in the email to get set up in our system. (You will need a Gmail account for our processes) When those steps have been completed, your shipment workflow will look something like this:
- Ship your products as per your welcome instructions.
- Email us with your carrier, tracking information, expected carton count, and expected arrival date (we have a forklift so pallets are accepted)
- Once your product arrives, it is checked in against the expected carton count and inspected for external damage. Your Google Doc will be updated for arrival.
- If forwarding only, box information will be entered on Doc for you to create your shipments. Shipping labels should then be uploaded to us. Notify us via email for any storage needs. (for items which need further prep or labeling, please see Arbitrage workflow)
- We finalize the shipment and it is on its way to Amazon via UPS or LTL carrier.
