Why a different pricing structure? Because arbitrage can be a very different set of circumstances than private label or wholesale, pricing and what you need to focus on reflects that. Arbitrage can be a lot of fun and is an easier entry point for most new (and a lot of experienced) FBA sellers. Arbitrage items frequently need sticker removal, bagging, inspection and most, if not all, need labeling.

Wholesale buyers may need labeling or possibly bundling, but their items usually come one SKU to a case and are consistent and easier to process.

Private label, on the other hand, usually will only need box forwarding. If you are creating your own packaging, you will not need labeling or things like sticker removal as that can be done at the manufacturer. If those services are needed or additional things like bundling, contact us to discuss a solution that will not bite too heavily into your margins.
